Check-in locations:

• Hulanda Village: For apartments LS08, LS34, and LS38, please check in at Langestraat 34, Otrobanda.

• Kas di Laman: For apartments 26A, 26B, 27A, 27B, 27C, 27D, 31, 33A, 33B, 37A, 37B, 37C, and WS04, please check in at Hoogstraat 27, Otrobanda.

You can find your apartment number on your booking confirmation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Flight details:
  Please share your flight number with us before your trip so we can track any delays or cancellations.

• Contact upon arrival:
  Once you’ve safely landed on our beautiful island, connect to the airport Wi-Fi and send us a quick WhatsApp message to let us know you’ve arrived.
  Call or message us via WhatsApp at +599 9 698 1415 as soon as you leave the airport.
  This helps us ensure we’re ready to welcome you upon arrival.

• Keys:
  A staff member will provide you with four keys:

  • one for the gate

  • one for your accommodation

  • one for the safe

  • one for the laundry room

• Security deposit:
  A $100 deposit is required upon arrival. This will be fully refunded in cash or by credit card on your departure day.

• Luggage:
  You may store your luggage before check-in and after check-out if needed.

Please note: We do not have a reception desk and are not always present on site.
Providing your flight details and contacting us upon arrival ensures a smooth and easy check-in experience.

Check-out

Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• A late check-out until 6:00 PM is possible based on availability, for an additional fee of $65.
  You can book this option via the link below.

• Please place your full trash bags in one of the green containers located on the ground floor by the street.

• Tidy up before departure:

  • Wash and put away all dishes.

  • Empty the dishwasher (if applicable).
